Construction Worker (m/f/d)

Job Description

Work location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Industry: High-rise and civil construction
Working time: Full-time

The Work You’ll Do:

• Bricklaying of residential and commercial buildings (brick, concrete, blocks)

• Site preparation and leveling

• Concreting foundations, columns, and ceilings

• Reading and implementing construction plans and technical drawings

• Teamwork on construction sites in Frankfurt and surrounding areas

• Compliance with safety and quality standards

What you’ll bring:

• Hourly wage: €15.70 gross

• Accommodation provided – €250 per month (all utilities included)

• Employment contract under German labor law (insurance, rights, and benefits)

• Support with integration in Germany (administration, health insurance, taxes, etc.)

• Assistance with family reunification (visa, housing, documents)

• Long-term and stable employment with a reputable German employer

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a bricklayer or construction worker (minimum 3 years)
• Physically fit and responsible
• Willingness to work and live in Germany
• Basic German language skills (preferably A1–A2 level)
