About the Role:
AVS Agency is hiring skilled carpenters (formwork specialists) for a trusted and long-established German construction company. With over 20 years of experience in structural and civil engineering, our client is expanding their team in Frankfurt and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities:

• Construction and assembly of formwork systems for concrete structures (foundations, columns, ceilings)

• Interpreting technical drawings and executing construction plans

• Site preparation and measuring work areas

• Collaborating with a team on-site to meet project timelines

• Ensuring safety and quality compliance on every project

What We Offer:

• Hourly wage: €15.70 gross

• Accommodation provided – only €250/month (all utilities included)

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a carpenter or formwork specialist

• Able to read and work from technical plans

• Physically fit, reliable, and motivated

• Willing to relocate and work in Germany

• Basic German language skills (A1–A2 level preferred)
